Earthquake Kills Two People in Myanmar

6.8 magnitude earthquake rocked Myanmar, Thursday, March 24. Two people were reportedly killed, each was a child and an adult female. In addition, three different people in the area reportedly injured.

Two earthquakes shook the border region of Myanmar and Thailand each with a strength of 6.8. Initially,
United States Geological Survey recorded the strength of the quake was 7.0 and 4.8, but was soon corrected.
Tremors were reported felt up to Hanoi (Vietnam), Naypyidaw (Myanmar), and even Bangkok (Thailand) which is about 800 km.
