Sally Field Become Wife of Daniel Day-Lewis in "Lincoln" Directed By Steven Spielberg

Sally Field who had won an Oscar two times will role as Mary Todd Lincoln, the husband of the 16th President of the United States, Abraham Lincoln in a film titled "Lincoln". This news was announced by Steven Spielberg who will direct this film. This film will be produced by DreamWorks Studios, led by Stacey Snider.

Steven Spielberg said he was pleased to be working with Sally for the first time. Steve further said that Sally become the main choice for the role of Mary Todd Lincoln. He chose Sally as impressed with movies that have starred Sally.

For filming process, Lincoln scheduled to begin in autumn this year and will be released in the fourth quarter of 2012. The film will be distributed by Disney Touchstone.
