After the tragic accident, the singer Sean Kingston reportedly began to improved. Kingston has been moved from a trauma unit to an intensive care unit at Jackson Memorial Hospital, Miami, Florida.
Through his spokesman, Joseph Carozza, Kingston would like to thank everyone who has prayed for and give support to him.
Among the support that came, there are names of Hollywood celebrities including Rihanna, Lil Wayne, Nicki Minaj, and LL Cool J. They all asked their fans to come pray for healing Kingston through social networking site Twitter.
